Service purpose

Storm Pipeline Builder is a future-pipeline and storm-monitoring workflow tool for roofing companies. It does not guarantee storm damage, inspections, insurance coverage, sales, or revenue.

Authorized use

Users must have authority to enter customer information and must respect consent, opt-out, communications, privacy, and data-retention obligations that apply to their business.

Named users and account sharing

Each user seat is assigned to one named individual. Login credentials may not be shared among representatives or other people. A named user may maintain up to two trusted devices and two simultaneous sessions. New-device activity may be recorded using privacy-conscious device and hashed network signals. Repeated indications of account sharing may trigger warnings, session removal, temporary restrictions, or a requirement to upgrade to a multi-user plan.

Platform and intellectual property

Storm Pipeline Builder and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, software, source and object code, monitoring logic, workflows, databases, designs, documentation, branding, and product improvements. An account provides a limited right to use the hosted service; it does not transfer ownership of the platform or grant access to its source code.

Prohibited automated access

Users may not scrape, crawl, harvest, bulk download, mirror, frame, benchmark for a competing product, or use bots or automated tools to access the service except through a written integration authorized by Storm Pipeline Builder. Users may not bypass access controls, rate limits, account boundaries, or technical protections.

No reverse engineering or competitive copying

To the extent permitted by applicable law, users may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, reproduce, create derivative works from, or use non-public aspects of the service to develop or assist a competing product. Suspected abuse may result in access restriction or account termination.

Accounts and billing

Paid features, trial access, referral credits, renewal terms, and cancellation details are governed by the offer shown when an account is activated. Demo data is illustrative unless clearly identified as live customer data.
